The Steps: How to obtain a 'Master License of Use'
- An intending License Holder must nominate at least one qualified employee to complete a CMC Course -enabling the individual/s to become a subject matter expert and receive instruction in the use of the latest coaching methodologies / best practices -qualifying them to be trained to in turn present the CMC Course.
- After a successful post-CMC Course interview with Perry Zeus, the selected Licensee is required to remit 50% of a (non-refundable) 2 Year Master License Fee within 30 days.
- The Organizational License Holder is then able to conduct their first In-house CMC Course with their nominated 'Facilitator in Training' / Associate working alongside a Facilitator from the Institute who leads the workshop. The cost of the Institute's Facilitator training time, associated travelling and accommodation costs are paid for by the License Holder. Upon the satisfactory completion of at least 2 CMC Courses the License Holder is then required to remit the balance (50%) of their License Fee. The License Holder is then appointed an Accredited Learning Partner to continue to conduct their own CMC Course -In-House.
- The License Holder also receives mentoring/support sessions.

Notes
- The Provider is responsible for adapting the course to the local language/cultural/business needs
- The Provider is responsible for the development and management of their local marketing program to promote and sell the course in their region. BCI will list the Course Provider's name and location/territory via our websites
- The Provider (as a CMC graduate) will attend some of the Institute's regional courses to receive their requisite initial training in the delivery of the course
- The Provider will be trained by our local Senior, Regional Learning Partner how to enrol qualified individuals and setting-up the back-office logistics etc.
- The Provider's training requires them to pay for any costs of the Institute's Facilitator (typically the local Senior Learning Partner) who would be sent to train/supervise/mentor them via the facilitation of their own regional CMC course
- It is required that the 'Partner' possesses the necessary resources, budget and ability to provide their own marketing and enrolling of participants for the Master Coach Course within their sector/region
- A Floating Course Fee Sharing Formula is applied if there is a mix of students enrolled by both the Institute and the Provider. This formula is arrived at by simply calculating the number of students enrolled by the Provider via our website's 'Course Registration of Interest Form' compared to the number of students enrolled through their own local marketing/sales efforts. It should be noted that the majority, if not all, of the students are usually enrolled via the Provider's own efforts.
